Thanks to Jeff Geerling over at his Twitter @geerlingguy for posting this awesome graphic of types of beer and good examples of them! In doing a brief reading through the chart, I’ve had A LOT of these beers. I don’t know if that’s good or bad … you decide.
The graphic comes from Pop Chart Lab and can be purchased as a regular poster size. If I didn’t try to act like a grownup in my decorations in my apartment, I’d definitely buy it. I do have a bottle opener on the wall next to the fridge though … can’t look like an adult EVERYWHERE.
So in looking at this chart, leave a comment about what your favorites are. This has a great representation of many of my favorite beers for each category! I can’t wait to use this to track down the ones I haven’t had yet!
Speaking of beer … Here’s a look at what I bought for the weekend. It’s not all for me! I’m sharing and teaching folks more about beer. It’s Catholic Drinkie lesson time on Saturday night! And why yes, there are a lot of Oktoberfest beers pictured – that’s because they are delicious and in season! One of my favorite things to do is drink a beer that’s only available during a certain time of the year. I just LOVE seasonal beers. What are you drinking this weekend? Leave me a comment here, find me on Twitter or on Facebook to let me know what you’re enjoying!
